Ideal candidate profile/Qualifications:
Mastery level of English linguistic skills and fluency
-Clear pronunciation
-Native English Speaker
-Desire and ability to work with children and teens ( from Age 4)
-Have a great work ethic
Preferred Education:
Bachelor's or/and
ESL Teacher certification (TESOL/TESL/TEFL/CELTA)
ECE or Kindergarten Teacher Licence Welcome

Ideal candidate profile/Qualifications:
-Native English Speaker
-Desire and ability to work with children and teens
-Have a great work ethic
Responsibilities:
-To assess students in each class to determine their needs and goals
-To consider the needs and goals of the students
-To incorporate speaking, listening, reading, and writing into daily activities
-To specify the learning outcomes expected by the end of each instructional session
-To organize instructional materials, visual aids, and books
-To assess student progress
-To create a comfortable, non-threatening, and engaging environment for the students
Preferred Education and Experience :
The following background is an asset.
Experience teaching English as a Second Language
Bachelor's or/and
ESL Teacher certification (TESOL/TESL/TEFL)
Valid Japanese working visa holder is desirable ( Working holiday, working visa and suppose visa, etc)
